By accessing or using DocHelp AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the service. These Terms apply to all users globally, with additional provisions for EU and UK consumers as noted.

2. Service Overview

DocHelp AI is a suite of AI tools for document-based tasks, including Office and PDF support, provided by AMB Global Digital. We reserve the right to update or change features, content, and service structure at any time without prior notice.

3. Plans and Pricing

Token Pack — €24.99 (One-time payment, 5 tokens)

- Non-renewing, one-time purchase - 5 tokens included (1 token = 1 action) - Tokens never expire - Access to all PDF AI tools

Note: This is a one-time payment with no subscriptions or automatic renewals.

4. Billing and Payment

This is a one-time payment with no automatic renewals or subscriptions. Payments are charged to the payment method you provide at checkout. Pricing may be shown or charged in currencies other than EUR (€), and may vary depending on your region, exchange rates, local taxes, or third-party payment processor fees. Prices are subject to change with prior notice. Payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

5. EU Consumer Rights & Right of Withdrawal

5.1 Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Only): If you are a resident of the EU or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of digital services within 14 days, under the Consumer Rights Directive (EU) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Exceptions apply: - If you begin using the service before the 14-day period ends, you forfeit your right to withdraw. - For token purchases, use is considered to begin when you log in and start using any tools.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, email us at help@dochelpai.com with your cancellation request, including your name, email, and order reference. Refunds will be processed within 14 days if eligible.

6. No Subscription or Cancellation

Since DocHelp AI operates on a pay-per-use token system with no recurring subscriptions:

- There are no automatic renewals - No cancellation is required - Tokens never expire - No ongoing billing commitments

7. Account Use & Responsibility

Users must be 18 years or older or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Sharing your account details is discouraged and may result in termination of service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, software, and documentation made available through DocHelp AI are the property of AMB Global Digital or its licensors. Unauthorized use, copying, reverse-engineering, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitations of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMB Global Digital disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent token pack.

10. Termination

AMB Global Digital may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of DocHelp AI will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

For EU consumers, you also retain the right to bring claims in your country of residence.

12. Data Protection & Privacy

We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For details on how we collect, use, and protect personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
